The Seabury Hall Chorus "FUN-d" ... :




Seabury Logo		 Many of my performances are dedicated to raising a few extra bucks for the Seabury Hall Chorus in the form of a small discretionary "FUN-d" in support of the student singers.  This class is taught by one of my harmony-heroes, Molly Schad (I don't think she's aware of me being such a major fanboy, so let's just agree to keep this our little secret, OK?).

Thanks to y'all, Since March of this year, we have collected an amazing:

for Molly and her students. Note: I will always clearly indicate when a performance's donations are being shared this way.

What Molly does with her students is nothing short of amazing. Under her energetic and inspiring tutelage, her students love singing, they sing beautifully, and they seem to be having so much fun! "Me too, me too" kinda energy!

Anyway, my wife and I have created a small discretionary 'FUN-d' that Molly can use for anything she'd like to do for her chorus class and students. I describe it as "Donuts or Microphones" - Treats, instruments, scholarship help, supplies... Stuff that Molly would likely dig into her own pocket for, if needed... so, we'd like to be that pocket. Our family will seed this resource with a modest base-amount each year, along with donations that I generate at some of my performances to augment this fund during the year.

I'd especially like to give a big shout-out to our co-sponsors, Milagros Food Company, located in the heart of Paia town, Maui, and Baked On Maui in Haiku, for lending me a corner of their establishment in support of some fun music and this great cause.
